Showcasing our passion for single origin organic cacao and fair trade certified sourcing, these delectable examples of chocolate alchemy are ones to cherish and devour.
To craft all the chocolate bars we make, we blend our signature lightly caramelized coconut cream with single origin Ecuadorian cacao that has been grown, harvested, and fermented at a level of care beyond most cacao in the world. This delicate handling helps break down bitter and astringent compounds naturally present in cacao, and allows the bold, smooth flavors to shine through in our finished chocolate.
All of our dark chocolate bars are crafted with care using regeneratively grown organic fair trade cacao and coconut sugar. We are committed to making pure, wholesome chocolate with real ingredients, which means every bar we produce is dairy free, soy free, gluten free, agave free, GMO free, and never contains refined sugar. Additionally, we strive to make the earth a better place one chocolate bar at a time, and are committed to utilizing plant-based biofilms, vegetable-based inks, and compostable materials for 100% of our packaging.

CACOCO & Coracao’s cacao is sourced from the central Huallaga Valley in the San Martin region of Peru, a region known for producing some of the worlds finest criollo cacao. We source our Cacao from Acopagro, a cooperative of more than 2,000 small organic cacao producers. In addition to cacao production, Acopagro promotes agroforestry systems and regenerative farming practices to keep replenishing the land. Furthermore, Acopagro manages the conservation of 108,000 acres of forest in the Huallaga region. Our Cacao is organically grown where the air is fresh and the soil is rich. We strive to source from heirloom varieties native to the region, known for superior flavor, aromatics, and contribution to local biodiversity. All of our farming partners are paid Fair Trade wages or above.
