Ultimate Vegan French Toast Recipe

Ingredients:

For the French Toast:

• 1 cup oat milk
• 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 6-8 slices of bread
• 2-3 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
• Optional: agave/maple syrup & powdered sugar for serving

For the Mint Chocolate Drizzle:

• 1/2 cup Cacoco Mint Drinking Chocolate
• 1/4 cup almond/oat milk
• 1 tbsp agave/maple syrup (optional)

Garnish:Fresh blueberries & mint leaves

Instructions:
1. Mix oat milk, arrowroot, baking powder, cinnamon, agave, and vanilla.
2. Dip bread in the batter, then fry in olive oil until golden (3-4 mins per side).
3. Warm drinking chocolate with milk and agave for the drizzle.
4. Serve French toast with chocolate drizzle, garnish with blueberries, and mint.
